Hannah is a level 2 certified REPS trainer who specializes in group training exercise. She believes in making small changes in peoples’ lifestyles can have big impacts and results on their health, fitness and happiness.
With her natural passion and dedication to help people achieve their goals you cant help but feel a great sense of support and care during her sessions, this is not to be mistaken for a easy work out she knows just how to push you to your performance limits. Her passion for health and fitness started at a young age by doing triathlons, half marathons and climbing to high peaks all over the world, she has been melting the fat from Dubai residents for 4 years now.
Raised in Los Angeles, CA, a multi-ethnic model and fitness professional who began her career as a child of a martial artist trained under her father. Nelita is the daughter of Erwin Villezon, a Filipino martial artist student under Dan Inasanto. She is trained in Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Eskrima, Tae Kwon Do, Wushu, Northern Shaolin, as well as other disciplines. With her extensive training background, she was able to compete in the Southwestern Regional Stick Championship and earned a medal in the U.S. Open and the Junior Olympics.
She has trained, coached and managed at some of the top gyms in Los Angeles such as Equinox, UFC Gym, Crunch, 24 Hour Fitness and now is the head coach of Orangetheory Fitness Dubai. Her experience has led her to become a personal trainer for the Sony Music Group where she has trained celebrities as Becky G., Sophia Black, and Karrueche Tran. In addition to the fitness aspect of her career, she is also classically trained in the world of dance. Her training includes: Classical Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Belly Dance, Hip-Hop and she is licensed in Zumba Fitness.
Patricia Kallidis is a yogi, dancer, and fitness instructor born and raised in Dubai. She began her dance training with Sharmila’s Dance school at the age of 10. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from York University in Toronto, where she had the opportunity to work with world-renowned choreographers and artists, gaining incredible experience. As a professional dancer, Patty has had the opportunity to perform at sold out events, concerts and launches alongside international artists in the UAE and Canada, with the likes of Sean Paul and the Harlem Globe Trotters.
Patty also has completed a 280 hour teacher training in Toronto to become a certified Yoga instructor. She now works with athletes of all sports on improving mobility and flexibility for performance through yoga training. She also completed barre training where she taught as a full-time barre instructor for 5 years. Alongside barre, dance and yoga, Patricia has a passion for encouraging and educating others on what it means for them to live a healthy and fit life, which is what she loves most about coaching at Orangetheory Fitness.
Born and raised in Dubai with Greek and Palestinian roots, Samia is a design entrepreneur, fitness instructor and Ninja Warrior with a passion for social impact. A former basketball player who is passionate about sports and fitness, she’s focused on making training approachable and accessible to everyone.
In November 2016, she took take part in the first season of the televised reality obstacle course competition, Ninja Warrior in Arabic, making her the UAE’s first Ninja Warrior. She is now a calisthenics certified trainer and fitness instructor focusing on strength and conditioning and ninja training, with the ambition of growing fitness and sports participation in the region. This experience has led her to the intersection of sports and design, and the aspiration for constantly challenging herself and the world around her.
Samia holds a BFA in Design from York/Sheridan’s joint program in Toronto, and a MFA in Design Entrepreneurship from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She runs her own design studio by day that focuses on social and community impact, and spends the rest of her time challenging Orangetheory Fitness members to help them reach their fitness goals.
Jalila is a professional dancer from New York who moved to Dubai in September 2015 to work as a full-time barre instructor. She began her dance training at a very young age, studying several techniques at the Alvin Ailey American Dance School. She also trained at several schools in New York City including Broadway Dance Center, Peridance Capezio Center, and Steps on Broadway, studying closely under the instruction of Sharon Wong, Robert Atwood, Roberta Mathes, Earl Mosley, Ronald K Brown, and Alfred Gallman. She later was invited to be a soloist for the Alfred Gallman Dance Company, touring the United States, East Coast. She also performed with several Musical artists such as, Jennifer Hudson, Patti Labelle, and Ashford and Simpson.
After suffering from a traumatic paralyzing injury, Jalila was introduced to the fitness world for rehabilitation. She started with Aqua, Reformer, and Mat pilates, Barre, and then Zumba. Being introduced to different forms of fitness during her recovery was the inception of Jalila’s passion for combining dance and fitness together, so she became dance cardio certified, with her first class at the HBO Corporate offices in Times Square.
From there she became certified in Zumba and Vbarre, teaching at several locations throughout New York City and North Jersey such as New York Sports Club, New York Health and Racket Club, and Equinox. Excited to take on a new challenge and be apart of a new fitness concept in Dubai, she was excited to become a member of the elite Orangetheory Fitness team. Jalila is passionate about inspiring and helping people reach their personal health goals, and she is elated to be sharing her love for health, and fitness with the amazing community in Dubai.
Rohit is a REPS Level 3 Qualified Fitness Coach, Ironman Certified Coach, ICC Level 1 Cricket coach. An ACCA qualified chartered accountant with an MBA from the UK, turned triathlete, Rohit has completed seven Ironman 70.3 races and even a full IRONMAN race.
He can help you achieve your objectives; be it to fit into clothes you did five years ago, or start becoming more conscious about your life choices, or even if you want to set more specific goals like attempting your first triathlon – it’s all possible!
In 2007, weighing 105kgs, he opted for a series of conscious decisions to change the life he was leading and never looked back. From being obese to now weighing 75kgs, he was able to take part in multiple amateur cricket world championships and was ranked in the top 20 in Dubai in Squash.
Rohit aims to get his clients out of their comfort zone and eventually become a fitter, healthier and a stronger version of themselves.
